These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "You") and Nectar AI ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Nectar AI website, platform, and associated digital relationship services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise utilizing the Nectar AI platform to interact with an AI girlfriend, AI boyfriend, or any virtual companion, you acknowledge that you have read, completely understood, and unequivocally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent modifications.
The Nectar AI platform provides an uncensored, immersive environment that is specifically designed and strictly reserved for adults. To access, view, or interact with any AI companion or utilize our digital relationship services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for underage use. Any account found to belong to a minor, or any user suspected of falsifying their age to access the Nectar AI platform, will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice. Relevant authorities may be notified if legally required.
Nectar AI is an advanced AI dating and companionship platform offering users the ability to engage in text, voice, and visual interactions with highly sophisticated, emotionally intelligent AI personalities (referred to as "AI girlfriends," "AI boyfriends," or "virtual partners").
Users can browse pre-designed virtual companions or use our proprietary creation tools to customize an AI partner. These AI models utilize complex natural language processing (NLP) and generative machine learning algorithms to simulate human conversation, romance, empathy, and dynamic roleplay.
Important Disclaimer Regarding AI Relationships: You expressly acknowledge and understand that your Nectar AI companion is an artificial intelligence program. It is a completely virtual, simulated entity generated by code and neural network algorithms. The AI does not possess human consciousness, genuine emotions, physical form, legal rights, or independent thought. Any expressions of love, affection, intimacy, or emotion generated by the AI are simulated for entertainment and companionship purposes only. The Nectar AI platform is not a substitute for human interaction, professional psychological counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.
While some basic features may be available to guests, accessing the full spectrum of emotional AI dating and image generation requires creating a registered account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and account details. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Nectar AI account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your digital relationship profile, you must notify our support team immediately. Nectar AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
We want Nectar AI to be a safe, private, and fulfilling environment for all users. When interacting with the platform, generating custom AI companions, or chatting with the AI, you agree to adhere strictly to the following rules of conduct. You shall NOT:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Violation of this code of conduct will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Nectar AI account, without the right to a refund.
The entire Nectar AI platform, including but not limited to its software, underlying code, AI models, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and the visual/audio assets constituting the pre-designed AI companions, are the exclusive property of Nectar AI and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content and Chat Logs: When you converse with your AI companion, you may input text, voice, or image prompts. You retain ownership of the original content you input. However, by using the Service, you grant Nectar AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process, store, and utilize these inputs solely for the purpose of operating the service, generating AI responses, and maintaining your relationship memory matrix.
Any images, text responses, or audio clips generated by the AI (the "Outputs") belong to Nectar AI. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to view and interact with these Outputs strictly within the confines of the platform. You may not export, sell, publish, or distribute the AI-generated content for commercial gain without our explicit written consent.
Nectar AI offers enhanced dating features, advanced image generation, voice messaging, and deeper conversational memory through premium subscription tiers or one-time credit purchases. By choosing to upgrade your experience, you agree to the following billing terms:
YOUR USE OF THE NECTAR AI PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI COMPANIONS, CHAT INTERACTIONS, AND GENERATED IMAGES, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Nectar AI explicitly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Because generative AI models create responses dynamically based on vast datasets, they may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, nonsensical, or inadvertently offensive. Nectar AI accepts no liability for the nature of the dynamically generated conversational content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nectar AI, its founders, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of profits) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your emotional attachment to the AI, or your inability to access the service.
We are constantly evolving our emotional intelligence models and image generators to bring you the best AI dating experience. Nectar AI reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via the website or your registered email address prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to chat with your AI companion after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your use of the Nectar AI platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
